The National Weather Service in El Paso tweeted that the earthquake rattled West Texas and Southern New Mexico. Anadolu Agency/Anadolu Agency via Getty ImagesSan Antonio is reacting to the Texas earthquake that left many feeling as if they were shaking in the downtown area. The USGS reported a magnitude 5.3 earthquake struck near the Reeves and Culverson County Line in West Texas at 3:32 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16.Chief Meteorologist at NewsWest 9 reported that it was the third strongest earthquake ever to strike Texas and the strongest since 1995.
